The beautiful home spreads across three levels, the main house; offering on the ground floor a lovely living area with adjacent open and fully equipped kitchen; there is direct and immediate access to the pergola, exterior lounge and dining area and further on to the infinity pool creating an impression of natural continuity between the interior and the exterior. At the 1st floor are located two of the most striking rooms of the villa, each one of the impressive and cozy master bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom, a wardrobe and an independent private veranda boasting tremendously beautiful sea and sunset views. The lower level of the Villa, offers two ensuite master bedrooms, each one can accommodate two guests on a queen size bed and 1 or 2 people separately on sofa. Guests will also love the wellness room with its fitness equipment, hammam and a sofa that can be turned into an extra bed. Furthermore, at the Lower Wing, there is one more master bedroom with a well-equipped kitchenette a queen size bed or 2 single beds with ensuite bathroom that can be also used as a staff room. The Guest House of this villa rental well-appointed and tastefully decorated and has a direct access to the beautiful garden by its private veranda with sunbeds in the shade and wonderful view to Dilos, Syros and Tinos island and Aegean Sea. From this level one can walk to the main house from the exterior corridor along the pool or from the exterior stair case of the property, through the garden. The infinity pool (5x15m) remains the main central attraction of the outdoor spaces, with the sunbeds and sofas which are nicely distributed along the pool together with the adjacent open-air stone bar and BBQ area creating a soothing atmosphere that guests will enjoy the most. Close to the bar area, there is also a pool shower and a bathroom. In addition, there is also a closed space currently used as storage house which can host if needed various equipment such as windsurf, boards, etc. Availability is upon request.
